Eduardo Gruener, alongside his brother Mauricio Gruener, co-founded GFG Securities, LLC in 2004, with a vision to provide comprehensive investment banking services.

GFG Securities operates as a broker-dealer registered with FINRA, offering expertise in debt and equity capital raisings, private placements, M&A, and advisory. Under their leadership, GFG Securities has gained recognition for its strategic role in leading and advising on significant transactions. The firm remains committed to delivering exceptional financial solutions tailored to high-net-worth individuals and families. Before co-founding GFG Securities, Eduardo served as Vice President at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking division.
